El Questro – Home Valley Station (50kms)
An easy drive from El Questro to Home Valley Station where we booked into an unpowered site situated on a grassy, treed area. I had stayed at both El Questro and Home Valley Station with Graham Cottew last year.
We were hoping to book a fishing trip that afternoon, but the only availability was early the next morning. We vowed to stay an additional night if/when we caught a fish. The deal is that any fish caught on a HVS fishing trip is prepared with all the trimmings for a small fee.
Spent most of the day lounging by the pool, between photo processing, blogging and washing clothes. Late in the afternoon, we went and explored Bindaloo Falls/Pool, and enjoyed the sunset.
That evening, Robert cooked pork belly in the camp oven served with sweet potato chips cooked by his trusty offsider.

FYI the seal around camp oven lid keeps camels, feral neighbours but not termites out. So next morning washed the tenacious little buggers off, wrapped in foil and enjoyed pork chops for two more lunches.
